SUNCONTROLSPECIES AND IBOGA RECORDS are proud to present ‘Yaban’; the second and last instalment of digital only pre-releases to come in the lead up to the new SCS album.
After the smashing success of the recently released slow-burning first single ‘Serenaii’ (that took acclaim from the likes of James Monro, Hernan Cattaneo, Kosmas Epsilon, Anthony Pappa and Markus Schulz; also featuring on radio shows by Andrea Bertolini and Pedro Mercado), SCS now shows a glimpse of the driving forces we can expect on the full length album.
Yaban (which is aboriginal for ‘song with a beat’) is a monster of a track, full of big sounds and grooves designed to get you moving before ripping your head clean off. It glides between driving, aggressive sub bass sections and spaced melodic intervals effortlessly and we think it is a fitting way to prepare everyone for the new CD to come.
Alongside the original, Kasey Taylor delivers a fully road-tested remix that will fit in any dj’s CD wallet, and can be played at any time while knowing that the dance floor will love every last chord.
